#### 1. Shipping Times & Cut-Offs
We operate from Monday to Friday to ensure efficient order processing.
* Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time
* Handling & Processing Time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday - Friday)
* Transit & Delivery Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday - Friday)
Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or official public holidays. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to high volume, we will contact you immediately via email.
#### 2. Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden fees at checkout.
#### 3. Order Tracking
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information will become active and viewable within 24 hours.
#### 4. Import Duties & Taxes
Lunvero is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. All fees imposed are the sole responsibility of the customer.
#### 5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that was damaged during transit, please save all packaging materials and goods, and contact our customer support team or the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
